About Me

My Story
After moving at a young age, I began experiencing symptoms that doctors could hardly explain nor properly treat. A "nervous stomach" was the issue. When everything changed from one day to the next – my home, my family, new school, new people, etc. – I suddenly felt no longer comfortable in public. Large crowds made me nervous, and I didn't feel at ease at big events or in my daily life in school.
I visited various "miracle healers" and energy healers during my teenage years. They provided short-term relief, but it didn't change the way I felt about the place I lived and my school.
At 19 years old, the situation escalated completely: I had panic attacks, was sick several times a month, and oftentimes was stuck in the middle of my way home, because I felt to sick to continue driving and my car and I had to be picked up in the middle of nowhere.
I mixed psychotherapy, self-help books, and energy healing to overcome my panic attacks, which enabled me to attend concerts and large events without panic.
After years of trying various techniques, I concluded that everything builds on each other, and we find and choose the techniques that best support us at the given time. Over the years, it became clear that personal development was my most useful and constant companion. Working consistently on my mindset and myself brought me fully back to feeling "normal" and healthy.
In recent years, I have developed my own techniques to regulate my emotions and nervousness, and I apply them in my daily work with my clients now. The personal development I underwent over time has sparked a desire in me to support others on their journey as well and that's what I am here to do.

Health
Health is the most precious thing we have as human beings, yet we often take it for granted and harm ourselves. After reading my story, you might understand that health is no longer something I take for granted, but one of the most important assets in my life. Especially mental health and the own mindset lay the foundation for physical health. Illness begins in the mind: through constant stress, thought loops, fears, performance pressure, and more. Therefore, I have made it my aspiration to support people with their mindset and health, to help them find relaxation both internally and externally.

inner Peace & emotional Balance
Inner peace sounds unachievable at first, at least it does for me, as it seems like the absence of emotional chaos, which often holds me in it's grasp but which is part of being human. I have searched for inner peace for a long time and was repeatedly frustrated when I couldn't maintain it. However, over time I have come to the realization that feelings are human and feeling them is part of the process too. I believe that inner peace has more to do with emotional balance than with constantly feeling at peace. Knowing how to regulate yourself, to hold yourself during your big emotions, and to let them run free within a safe space and without hurting others. Since I carry a lot of anger within me, I have made it my goal to confront this anger in a safe setting, and through this, I developed my techniques Alchemize, Feel & Transform.

Love
Love, especially self-love, was a big challenge for me for a long time. At the same time, from my teenage years on, my life was strongly focused on having a loving partnership. In the relationships I have been in, I realized that an important part was always missing: self-love, self-esteem, and the ability to hold myself. A partnership is not there to make us whole, but to complement and enrich our already full and complete lives. For a long time, I did not realize this, so I turned my back on love and partnerships for years after some painful breakups. During this time, I focused intensively on personal development and self-love. During this time, I did not feel ready for a partnership, even though I longed for one. When I took the step back into the dating world and found my perfect partner for me, I realized that even though I had believed I could fix everything on my own, true personal development begins in relationships, especially in our romantic and intimate relationships.
With my Manual "Swipe to your perfect Match - The Manual," I have laid the foundation for a fulfilling relationship with the perfect person for you. It is a combination of creating clarity for yourself, setting intentions and setting loving boundaries. As a result, you can put yourself out there with self-appreciation and self-esteem in search for the right partner for you.

being fulfilled
Isn't that what we all wish for? Fulfillment is often promised in advertisements by buying xyz. For me personally, however, this purchased fulfillment usually only lasts for a short amount of time. True fulfillment can only be created within ourselves, by already being fulfilled right now, not just when we are on vacation, retired, or when we have achieved this or that desire, but right HERE and right NOW. For me, this is where personal development, mindset work, and manifestation come into play. When you realize that you are so powerful that you can find fulfillment in the here and now, even if what you desire has not yet appeared, because that is exactly what drives manifestation and your desires forward.
