Alchemy is the process of transforming ordinary metal into gold. Difficult feelings like anger and grief can weigh heavy on us sometimes. But what if the feeling you have been holding onto for days—maybe even months or years (!!)—could be transformed into gold?

We carry so many things—feelings and situations—in our bodies that no longer belong to the present moment. It might be emotions we've stuffed away that resurface in an overwhelming rush, or the persistent feeling of being close to anger and exploding at trivialities. Perhaps it's memories, situations, or even people we can't let go of.

I created my technique, Alchemize, to bring ease into your life. I hold space to guide you, step by step, through your pent-up feelings and toward lightness and freedom. This will give you the opportunity to respond more calmly to situations and people in the future and to treat yourself more lovingly.

During an Alchemize session, we assess your unique situation so it can be transformed. In a meditative yet interactive dialogue, we dive into the sensations and emotions in your body to resolve them. I will guide you through the entire process and hold space with Holy Fire®️ Reiki energy. Layer by layer, we will get closer to resolving your issue so you can find peace, and the stuck energy is lovingly transformed and surrendered to the universe.
